Electro-thermal simulation process implementation in Mentor Graphics IC Station

Abstract
 Electro-thermal simulation subsystem implemented in Mentor Graphics IC Station. The subsystem consists of thermal simulation software for IC named Overheat, dispatcher software named ETh SimCoupler, which directs simulation process, and topology converter software named ETh Model Generator. Power voltage stabilizer IC K142EN9 is described as application example. Simulation results fit adequately into IR-camera measurement.
