Route of effective IC development

Abstract
	Actual problem at IC development is the choice of an optimum route of the designing, allowing to provide fast terms of development, and also most an effective using manpower resources and machine time. In the paper the route of the designing which has allowed for 2 months to design the microprocessor, the containing 2 million transistors, since level RTL, is proposed.
