Abstract
In this work, the frequency and amplitude of oscillations of the output signal of a spin-transfer nano-oscillator are calculated by modeling the dynamics of the magnetization vector of the free layer of its base element. Ten ferromagnets with planar and perpendicular anisotropy are considered as materials for the free and fixed layers of the structure. It is concluded that the spin valve with planar layer anisotropy based on the Fe60Co20B20 alloy is most suitable for STNO architecture.
Keywords
