Abstract
Modern problems of extraction of parasitic elements require the accounting inductive ties between conductors. Often for calculation of nominal inductance values analytical formulas are used, however this approach does not take into account skin-effect and effects of affinity which in some cases are important. For more exact calculation of inductance and frequency-dependent conductance application of the methods based on the solution of equations Максвелла is necessary. In clause the brief review known 2D models and methods for calculation of running values индуктивностей and resistance is given. The boundary integrated equations convenient for calculation of conductance are deduced and the method of boundary elements and the program for their numerical solution is described. Results of calculations are given. The new method leads to systems of the linear equations of smaller dimension, than other known methods (PEEC).
