| Abstract |
| | Methods of calculation of characteristics of nonlinear distortion for radio frequency circuits with digital modulation are discussed. The computational method of practically important characteristic of intermodulation distortion - Noise Power Ratio (NPR) is proposed. The method is based on the statistical approach and application of two-tone harmonic balance, and provides the simulation at the circuit level. |
