Flip-flops and Drivers for High-Speed Current-Steering CMOS DACs

Abstract
 The general requirements are formulated for flip-flops and drivers used in current-steering DAC core. Common approaches for such circuits implementation are presented and compared. The new modification of driver in static CMOS-logic is proposed. The modification has a number of advantages in comparison with reviewed circuits. The results of comparative simulation are given. Conclusions are made.
