Abstract
The control to dynamic plants with unknown mathematical models is considered. It is based on the direct and inverse adaptive modeling of the managed plant. For control purposes in this system formed two simultaneously occurring adaptive process: the process of adaptive identification (direct object modeling) and the process of forming the control action (inverse modeling). Adaptive plant models are implemented in the form of transversal filters with weights, tunable by the least squares method. It is shown that the proposed method allows to dampen the system vibrations, provides invariance to external influences and compensates the random low-frequency drift in a managed plant output. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the adaptive system.
