Designing of a universal analog kernel of sigma-delta ADC of a sound range

Abstract
 In the report the developed algorithm of designing and development of library of functional blocks of sigma-delta modulators of high-order ADC of a sound range under the set characteristics and requirements to used manufacturing techniques is presented. Completely integrated ADC circuit and absence of necessity of using external hinged components allow to use it as in the form of the is complex-functional block (complex-block) in structure of VLSI system-on-chip, and in the form of a separate circuit. The method of designing has been realized by development of family of sigma-delta ADC of a sound range on standard CMOS technologies 0.6, 0.25, 0.18ìêì.
