Abstract
The research is purposed on the development of the reference voltage with high temperature stability voltage. Objectives of the study are the analysis of various options for building current mirrors and the synthesis of new circuit implementation voltage references on their basis. The research offers schemes of sources voltage reference, containing two included counter-current mirrors, that allows combining an error sensor with an error signal amplifier and using your device as one port or a reference diode. It is shown that the temperature stability of the proposed device’s reference voltage is achieved while values are close to the twice width of the used semiconductor’s forbidden zone (bandgap). The research selected the most preferable schemes of sources voltage reference in terms of a thermal stability and a convenience
