Abstract
Results of the micro- and nanoelectronics circuits design for transceivers of communication systems have been considered. Base band and RF analog circuits as well as digital circuits have been discussed including microelectronics filters, RF low noise and ultra wide band amplifiers, mixers, voltage controlled oscillators, power amplifiers, ADCs, summators, SRAMs. The proposed solutions are mainly oriented to 180 nm CMOS technology. The obtained parameters of the realized chips correspond in general to the parameters of most advanced circuits.
Keywords
MOS technology, microelectronics filters, RF low noise amplifier, mixer, voltage controlled oscillator, power amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, summator, SRAM
