Abstract
	Working out and application questions nano - and the microsystem technique in perspective products of space technique are considered. Some examples of use nano - and the microsystem technique for products of space technique are resulted: telecommunication equipment, systems of thermoregulation, robotics systems, send-receive aerials and frequency-selective surfaces on the basis of metamaterials, nano - and the microsystem technique, optical systems and systems remote sounding of the Earth. Features of application nano - and the microsystem technique in the conditions of a space are shown and the basic problems and ways of their decision on application nano - and the microsystem technique in perspective products of space technique are defined.
