Optimization of VLSI Regular Power Grid

Abstract
 Design of robust power/ground networks with providing the required resources for routing signal nets is a key question for Reliability and performance of VLSI. This paper presents an efficient method for optimizing the regular power/ground networks at the stage of the topological design which allows reducing IR Drop on 16% with saving the total area of the power/ground network.
