| Abstract |
| | The approach is offered, allowing to coordinate parameters of scintillator array and the solid state image former by means of a floppy combination of its CMOS elements. This approach may be used to creation linear and matrix converters of the gamma- and X-ray images on the basis of photosensitive devices with the active sensor cells and digital registers of inquiry. |
