Modeling of graphene electronics analog devices

Abstract
 The features of graphene analog electronics allowing to implement new circuit solutions are described. The graphene field-effect transistor compact model intended for circuit design is presented. The results of circuit simulations including binary phase shift keying, frequency multiplier, RF mixer are demonstrated.
