Abstract
In this paper we presented the results of designing of superconducting integrated circuits (SCIC) for practical application on the basis of arrays of Josephson junctions Nb/a-Si/Nb of SNS type for the programmable voltage standard on 1 V. We presented the features of SCIC designing of the frequency-voltage converter (FVC) on the basis of an array of 8192 Josephson junctions included in superconducting slotted line of open type (coplanar line) and with RF power divider. Results of the experimental check of functioning are shown. The development prospect of FVC SCIC element base with use of stacks of Josephson junctions of SDS type is considered also.
