| Abstract |
| | Analysis of the influence of parasitic parameters on the characteristics of the switched capacitor DAC is presented. Such kind of DAC's is widely used in successive approximation ADC's. On the basis of that analysis Verilog-A model of the DAC was build. The advantages of using this model in top-down design flow are shown. |
