Abstract
The feature of the introduction of self-compensation chains of differential CMOS transistor parameters on the gain and frequency range of stages is reviewed. It is shown that these compensation chains reduce parametric sensitivity of stages and do not lead to inconsistent parameter conditions. The examples of energy-efficient stages with high gain-bandwidth product are represented. Conclusions are made.
