Abstract
 This paper is devoted to the overview of the modern program software for developing radio frequency circuits and systems. Due to the integration of ANSOFT software for analyzing electromagnetic fields with ANSYS software the investigated system can be described from different points of view – from the development to the life-cycle analysis. The suggested ideology of development is based on the decomposition a complex object to different levels: system level, circuit level and component level. In dependence of type of model different modules are used for electromagnetic and circuit analysis. The dynamic connection between different simulation modules is done automatically.
