Web-based automatic generation of input patterns at characterization of digital cells

Abstract
 The problem of the automatic input pattern generation used at a characterization of digital combinational cells is considered. The restrictions imposed on structure of input signals are determined. The algorithms used for solution of the problem at its various stages are analysed, and the system of input pattern generation is developed. It is given results of calculation of some test cells, showing high efficiency of used algorithms. Interactive access to the system is given on site http://www.ippm.ru/lftest3/.
