Abstract
 There are considered the multi-agent methods of intellectual optimization which are based on modeling of collective intelligence.
The technique of representation of the initial formulation of a problem in the form of adaptive system is resulted. Approaches and
algorithms of VLSI topology designing are using mathematical methods in which principles of natural mechanisms of decision making
are put in pawn are offered.
