The Development of the Method for Analyzing Mutual Synchronization Mode of Oscillators in Integrated Circuits

Abstract
 We propose the model of mutual injection locking of arbitrary oscillators with couplings defined by frequency-dependent admittance matrices. Assuming weak level of interactions we obtain the system of nonlinear algebraic equations with respect to the phases of the oscillators and to the common locking frequency. The algorithm to solve the system for two oscillators is proposed, and some special cases of the application of the algorithm are considered. The generalization of obtained results for oscillators with fractional ratios of frequencies is presented.
