The "Sensor microsystem on crystal": the sensor interface simulation

Abstract
 The integrated sensor interface was designed and simulated in Cadence CAD as "system on crystal". The current controlled operational amplifier was selected as main functional unit. The current-voltage dependences and transitional processes of it was investigated at sinusoidal and pulse signal using. The design of analog-digital converter for interfacing sensing element to computer input and digital-analog converter for computer control of sensor microsystem heater temperature was carried out.
