Complex algorithm of switch box routing

Abstract
 Trace compounds of complex technological tasks, the quality of the solution of which depends on performance and technical characteristics of future integrated circuits and devices on its base. The modern VLSI manufacturing technologies
are on the way to increase the area occupied by the conductors at the expense of increased number of layers for wiring connections. Three-dimensional switching blocks are formed as a result of the global trace. Advances in technology and reduction of geometric dimensions of discrete elements in-led to the growth limits and criteria for routing. To take into account all
the restrictions proposed an integrated approach using hybrid genetic algorithms. This helps improve the quality of the trace, and reduce design time. The experimental results showed improvement in the quality of the trace at 15 - 20%.
