Abstract
 The paper represents the results of circuit design of the Russian superconducting integrated cicuits based on the Josephson junctions arrays Nb/Al/AlOx/Nb (SIS type)for application in DC Voltage standards at 1 V.The peculiarities of superconducting integrated circuit design based on the Josephson junctions arrays, embedded in coplanar strips line, are stated. The results of the experimental verification of operation and metrological characteristics of superconducting integrated circuits are demonstrated.
