Abstract
The process of designing analog circuits is defined mathematically as a dynamic controllable system. In this sense, the problem of minimizing of the time of designing can be formulated as a problem of time minimizing the transient process of a dynamic system. To analyze the properties of such a system is proposed to use the concept of Lyapunov function of dynamic system. On the basis of this function and its time derivative constructed a special function that allows you to predict the total CPU time for circuit design using the characteristics an initial period of design. Numerical results show the possibility of predicting the CPU time of various design strategies on the behavior of this function.
