| | The article presents new hybrid for Multiplex
Data Bus. Authors give a relevant and detailed description of hybrid structure and its technical embodiment. The major DC and AC characteristics are enumerated. The article gives a full-scope analysis for differences between hybrid 2600 series and its current successor. Authors provide precise description of Multiplex Data Bus controller – 1895BA1T – main element of new hybrid. The article contains data for hybrid radiation tolerance characteristics. Moreover it presents the description of basic principles for
hybrid design and layout features of applied semiconductor library elements. |
