| Abstract |
| | For the ARC-circuits possessing potentially high stability of key parameters and characteristics, relatively formalized procedure of circuit designing of the second order chains with extremely low influence of frequency of individual strengthening active elements is proposed. It is shown, that compensating feedback contours provide increase of quality indicators of filters in SHF range. The example of synthesis of the basic circuit of a part of the strip filter and results of its simulation in Cadence tools is resulted. |
