| Abstract |
| | In paper the method of inductance extraction of thin-film microelectronic superconducting structures is considered. Statement of a problem on the basis of Maxwell equations and London equations for superconductors is resulted and shown, how it is possible to solve numerically these equations by means of finite element method and to calculate a matrix of own and mutual inductances. The program for the solution of such problems is described, and calculations for some real devices are resulted. |
