| Abstract |
| | A quick method for synthesis of substrate models of integrated circuits (ICs), based on an approximation of the results of combinational method for the case of IC with heterogeneity regions is proposed. The results of comparison of the proposed and the existing combinational methods are presented. It is shown that from the viewpoint of the cost of machine resources, the proposed method is acceptable for the case of systems on a chip. |
