Global routing accounting time restrictions and route-making resources

Abstract
	The problem of the global trace consisting construction of set of root Steiner trees on set weighed column, representing the multilayered integrated circuit is considered. The new effective approached method of trace considering time of passage of a signal and throughputs of edges the column is proposed. Numerical experiment has shown high efficiency of a method.
