| Abstract |
| | The approach to designing the high-frequency device on CMOS standard technology is presented. Criteria are considered, leaning on which there was a choice of this or that structural realization of a frequency synthesizer. The organization of the environment of the verification is described, one of which functions is to enable on uses of the concrete block in the projected device. Practical measurements of characteristics of a microcircuit and a degree of their coordination with theoretically predicted are resulted. |
