Abstract
 It is presented results of performance of project of the digital navigating receiver, representing «system-on-chip» and are resulted by a being basis of satellite navigating receiver GLONASS+GPS. Using high-quality 0,18 microns CMOS technology at realization of VLSI, modern technology of assembly and installation, and also wide experience of own development in the field of hardware designing and creation of the software have allowed to create the commercial sample of the navigating receiver, differed from similar devices by high quality at small dimensions (35õ25õ7 mm) and low cost.
