Construction of systems of raised reliability based on residual arithmetics with application of modern methods and tools of designing

Abstract
 The way of increase of reliability of computers on the basis of correcting codes in residual arithmetics is considered. Classification, the basic characteristics and properties of such correcting codes are resulted. On the basis of modern methods and tools of designing variants of implementation of high-speed computing units for construction of systems of raised reliability on the basis of the device residual arithmetics are proposed. The variant of device architecture, effective construction of its separate blocks both providing simultaneous detection and correction of errors without degradation of speed and growth of hardware expenses is presented. Preliminary estimations of characteristics of the specialized calculator constructed on the basis of given architecture are resulted.
