Abstract
 The results of the development of semicustom radiation-resistant IP and analog interface devices based on them are discussed. It is separated a theoretically valid basic circuitry design of wide-range analog IP. It is shown that the use of original microcircuitry can provide the output of domestic products with stable competitive quality characteristics.
