Abstract
 This paper presents a general computer-aided procedure for designing an optimal power supply network. The procedure consists of several stages, for each of which modules and subsystems are developed, based on electromagnetic compatibility modeling system TALGAT. These subsystems include: a topology design subsystem, a technical solutions design subsystem, a database subsystem, an information import and export subsystem, a signal levels localization subsystem, a decision support subsystem, a shielding effectiveness subsystem. The functional capabilities of the developed subsystems and their use for the design of high-voltage power supply networks of spacecraft are described.
