Maximizing noise immunity for digital reception

Abstract
 a method is proposed for implementing absolute phase shift (PSK) by 180 °, which provides the maximum possible noise immunity of radio communications, exceeding the noise immunity of relative PSK, which is used in practice instead. A new method for generating a signal with delta modulation (DM) is also proposed, which is advisable to use as a manipulator for absolute PSK by 180 °.
