Abstract
 Today, due to need to provide increased characteristics of radiation resistance and fault tolerance of combination schemes, the most developed methods are based on the synthesis of functional control tools. These methods allow you to detect and, in some cases correct errors by adding structural redundancy. The resulting concurrent error detection schemes (CED) have different reliability characteristics that differ for different combination schemes, which makes it difficult to choose a particular architecture. In this regard, there is a need to develop system that allows you to automate selection of best method for synthesis of CED scheme. Within framework of this article, a computer-aided design system for control schemes based on redundant coding methods has been developed. This system allows you to perform analysis to determine best method for synthesis of CED schemes based on the specified restrictions on structural redundancy and reliability characteristics. In some cases, system can perform clustering of outputs of combinational scheme before forming control schemes, if this does not violate restriction on structural redundancy entered by user. A number of experiments were conducted to evaluate effectiveness of the system, results of which helped to determine advantages and disadvantages of each method in terms of structural redundancy introduced into combinational scheme. A formula was derived for calculating the reliability characteristics of CED schemes based on the initial parameters of the combinational scheme. The experiments demonstrated high accuracy of obtained analytical expressions in comparison with real modeling in which values differ by no more than 1.5 percent.
