Abstract |
| The article considers the issue of high-speed frequency measurement of low-frequency signal for initial velocity estimation in Doppler velocity meter. Authors reviewed existing frequency measurement techniques and proposed another measurement method with a structure of the hardware frequency meter block for a system on FPGA controlling Doppler meter. The article gives a measurement error calculation for proposed method and analysis of developed structure characteristics on real signal. |
