| Abstract |
| | It is performed the analysis of simulation methods of passive devices with the distributed parameters. There are proposed and implemented in universal CAD models of microstrip structures for the effective transient simulations of RF circuits. Some results of microwave devices under strong nonlinear operation time-domain simulation are showed. |
