Abstract
	Introduction at the enterprise of technology of designing VLSI on the basis of complex functional blocks has allowed to raise efficiency of process of VLSI development and systems on their basis, to create conditions for realization of the mechanism of unification of development, to reduce terms of the subsequent hardware-software verification of the project, to solve problems of portability of the fulfilled decisions in the subsequent development.
