Abstract |
| A design of switching capacitor integrated power converter is presented. The main feature of which is simultaneous operation in both step up and step down modes. The converter works with the maximum clock frequency equal to 22MHz, and with maximum efficiency of 72%. Presented work has a dynamic control of clock frequency which ensures reduction of switching losses. |
