Abstract |
| Fundamental aspects of the design of uncooled IR imagers based on thermo-mechanical micro-detectors with optical readout are considered. Their potential advantages are specified. The results of theoretical and computer simulation of micro-thermo-mechanical elements for such systems are presented. |
