Abstract |
| The methodology of digital circuit IBIS-models creation with account for temperature and radiation factors is developed. The methodology uses the results of digital circuit SPICE simulation using SPICE models with account for temperature and radiation effects. The IBIS models are built into HyperLynx Mentor Graphics software tool and the cross talk electronic signals in transmission lines of test PCB were analyzed. |
