Abstract |
| Various aspects of master-slave frequency dividers with 50% duty cycle have been discussed. It is shown that stable duty cycle can be achieved if falling and rising edges are about equal to each other and their sum is minimal. Symmetrical circuit of frequency divider is proposed. The duty cycle stability on a level 2% for output frequency 1500MHz has been demonstrated by simulation for all process deviations and various conditions. |
