| Abstract |
| | This paper reports the phased-array receiver with local-oscillator phase-shifting approach, results of modeling and measurement of the integrated circuit and comparison its with foreign analogues. The receiver has 24 output, power consumption 0.51 W and the input-referred power of 1-dB compression +7 dBm. |
