Abstract |
| Ways of construction of power supplies of the resonant type used in power supply systems adiabatic circuits of information processing are considered. Power characteristics of resonant energy efficiency the driver are investigated. On the basis of the developed block diagram the behavioural model of the driver is developed. Reliability of work and efficiency of the offered driver is proved. |
