Abstract |
| The problem of the sensor characteristics linearization is considered. The methods of linear correction used in modern smart sensors are analysed. The adaptive algorithm of linearization to sensor characteristics is offered. The basis for this algorithm is Adaptive Inverse Control method. The sensor is considered as the “black box”. Adaptive Inverse Model of the “black box” is the adaptive filter with reconstructed weight coefficient by the Gradient Least Square Method. The results of computer simulation confirm the efficiency of the proposed solutions |
