Abstract |
| Results of structurally-optimum designing circuit diagrams of radiation-resistant instrumentation amplifiers based on multidifferential operational amplifiers possessing high metrological properties in the conditions of radiation exposure are considered. It is shown that use of radiation-resistant multidifferential operational amplifiers on the ABMC components in structure of instrumentation amplifiers provides high quality parameters of these devices under the action destabilizing factors gamma. Results of modeling of circuit diagrams of instrumentation amplifiers are resulted. |
