Abstract
	In modern wireless systems for receiving and processing radio signals has been actively applied advanced developments in the field of microelectronics. One of the fastest growing areas of Microelectronics - MEMS technology, the use of which can improve the quality of processing, multi-standard reconfigurable radio signals in telecommunication devices of new generations of communications systems.
