Abstract |
| The paper considers an approach to real-valued arithmetic computations in the linearly constrained Recursive Least Square (RLS) algorithm used in adaptive arrays receiving constant modulus signals. The obtained adaptive algorithm has about 2 times less complexity comparing with original complex-valued algorithm, 1.5-2 times shorter transient response and in average 2-3 dB dipper “nulls”, achieved in directional pattern in interferences directions. A computational procedure of the new algorithm and simulation results that confirm the algorithm efficiency are also presented. |
